Eleven+ internships are more than a summer job

Students participating in the Eleven+ internship program gain the skills and experiences that will make them more successful when entering the full-time workforce, all while earning $17.50 per hour. To enrich the interns' professional development, Eleven+ includes a variety of additional activities, including:

• Job readiness training - a mini bootcamp to prepare the students for what is likely to be their first office job

• Role Model Speaker Series - virtual fireside chats throughout the summer with successful people from backgrounds similar to the interns' who share their journeys and advice

• Networking events - learning and applying new skills for building professional relationships with peers and business leaders

• Professional photo shoot - headshots for LinkedIn and other personal branding uses
