Applicants should present their best selves, both on paper and throughout the application process. Review the individual application materials with your students. Together, we can ensure that each student confidently puts their best foot forward, unlocking their full potential.

Host completes and submits job description online by Friday, December 6, 2024

We review submitted job descriptions and share with talent sponsors on December 13, 2024

Students apply through the Elevate to Even Plus website - Application period January 27 -February 14, 2025

Students attend required Candidate Strategies for Success training February 18 or 19, 2025

Students can revise and resubmit applications by Feburary 21, 2025 (application window closes)

Candidate application materials shared with hosts week of February 25, 2025

Host interviews and selection period late-February to mid-March

Internship offers accepted by candidates by March 28, 2025
